Q: How much does it cost to register?
A: Nothing. Registration is FREE.

Q: Do I have to register to use the site?
A: No. You can browse and search listings without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. If you want to create listings, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

Q: How Much Do Listings Cost?
A: You can purchase listings one at a time or you can purchase a subscription which allows you to run multiple listings at one time. See our pricing page for details.

Q: How Long Does a Listing Run?
A: Each listing runs for number of days you paid for when you bought the listing. If you purchased a subscription instead of an individual lisitng, your listing will run as long as your subscription period unless you deactivate or stop it.

Q: Why aren't there any discriptive features available to select to better describe my property?
A: We could have included 100 features and not included the ones you need to describe your particular property. Instead we have included an unlimited length description area AND the ability to upload a brochure or flier in .pdf file format. The ability to upload the brochure allows you to describe YOUR property YOUR way. If you need help putting together a brochure, we can help. If you have a Word format brochure that needs converting to .pdf, there is a link to free software on our links page that will do that for you or email it to us and we will convert it for you. Use the description space and the brochure upload to present your property in the way only you can!

Q: Do I Have to Register to Create listings?
A: Yes. You must be a registered user to create listings. Registration is FREE. And your first listing is free. There is a fee for placing additional listings. See our pricing page for details.

Q: I created an listing, but it does not show up in search results. Why?
A: Initially your ad will be placed in DRAFT status. You need to RUN your listing in order for it to be visible. Go to My Account and click on RUN to the left of the listing you wish to run. The system will ask for your credit card information and your listing will run as soon as your payment is processed and your listing is reviewed and approved. If you have purchased a subscription, you will only be asked for your credit card information once. Otherwise it will be requested each time you purchase a new listing.

Q: My property has sold. How do I stop my listing from running?
A: From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the listing.

Q: What Region Should I Put My Listing In?
A: If you don't see a location listed that suits your listing, select OTHER then contact us about which location you would like added.

Q: I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
A: You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.

Q: If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?
A: When your listing appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.

Q: How Do Regions Work?
A: NCREIS.com covers the U.S. and Canada. All states and any city with a population of 100,000 or more is listed as a region. When you register or create listings, you select a region. When you browse listings, listings in your region will be shown to you first. When you search for listings, listings in your region will be shown to you first.

Q: I don't see my city listed. What region should I choose?
A: Choose the city closest to you or the state you live in or contact us and we will add your city.
