TIPS AND TRICKS!

 Photos..

  • Use .jpg format files only.  Other format files will upload but will not show up!
     
Multiple listings/ads..
  • If you have 10 listings, buy a subscription for 5 and rotate the listings.  You can have as many inactive listings as you like, but display only the number of subscribed to listings active as one time.  Allows you to save time and feature HOT! listings more often.

Upload fliers..

  • Why spend a lot of time filling in a lot of miscellaneous data when you can create a flier in .pdf format and upload it with your listing?  Create a flier containing just what you think a buyer will be interested in, convert it to .pdf format, upload it with your listing.
  • Don't have the expertise to create a flier or convert it to .pdf?  Contact us and we will help you do it!
